HELPING OUR COMMUNITY THIS CHRISTMAS
Brecon Foodbank provides essential support to individuals and families facing financial hardship in the local community. Operating with the help of volunteers, the foodbank offers parcels containing a range of non-perishable food items, toiletries, and other necessities to ensure that those in need do not go without.
The foodbank relies on donations from residents, churches, businesses, and community groups. Brecon Cathedral is proud to support this organisation and encourages the community to contribute whenever possible. Donations can be left at designated collection points around the town, including at the Cathedral’s own collection box, which is located at the back of the Cathedral's south aisle - open from 9am to 6pm daily.
The Brecon Foodbank team will spend December tirelessly working to create parcels for our community. Your generosity will help them fulfil this important work and make a vital difference to many lives. Thank you.
